Discovery Call

We offer a free 30-minute online Discovery Meeting ([book here]) to explore how we can support you, add value, and enhance your property investment journey. During this session, we’ll learn about your needs, requirements, and investor profile while giving you the opportunity to ask us questions.

Strategy Meeting

The next step is the Strategy Meeting, a free, no-obligation service that allows you to decide whether to move forward with us.

Once you’ve obtained pre-approval from your mortgage broker (or are in the process of doing so), we can meet for the Strategy Meeting. Here, we’ll gain a deeper understanding of your goals, requirements, and objectives. We’ll also discuss numbers, breaking down the out-of-pocket costs required to purchase and maintain the investment, including hidden expenses.

We will then build a detailed profile of what you’re looking for in an investment property, define a clear strategy, and set expectations for how the process will unfold.

Search

At this stage, we are officially working together. We’ll start with an Area Meeting to present and explain the areas we recommend based on your brief and budget.

You can either choose a specific area or keep the search open across multiple locations. Once the search begins, we will identify the best properties that align with your profile. Each property is evaluated against 8 key criteria to ensure only the most suitable investment opportunities are presented to you.

Our team, which includes former architects and engineers, personally inspects every property we recommend. We’ll handle all communication with sales agents, attend property viewings, and prepare comprehensive reports to keep you informed.

Negotiation and contract exchange

Once you’ve selected the right property, we’ll define a negotiation strategy that aligns with your preferences and negotiate directly with the real estate agent on your behalf.

We’ll also oversee the contract exchange, coordinating with your broker and solicitor to ensure all necessary details are addressed. Additionally, we’ll recommend a trusted builder to conduct a property inspection and help interpret the building and pest report.

Once the contract is unconditional, we’ll introduce you to a local property manager so your property can be rented out as soon as it’s yours.

Pre-Settlement and settlement

Before settlement, we’ll arrange a pre-settlement inspection to ensure that all special conditions have been met and that the property has been maintained appropriately.

If needed, we can advise on cost-effective improvements to boost rental income, such as replacing carpets or repainting. Your property manager will assist in arranging these services.

At settlement, the purchase is finalised, and the property officially becomes yours.

Even after settlement, we continue to offer guidance and support. We’ll stay in touch over the years and remain available to answer any questions you may have.

Renata graduated with a degree in Architecture in 2011 and has over 10 years of experience in Sydney's construction industry. Until 2022, she worked as a project leader, designing, preparing building approval documentation, and overseeing the construction of homes and small-scale public projects. In 2022, Renata co-founded Asset Buyers with Bruno and is now a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA®).

Bruno Romero

Bruno is the co-founder of Asset Buyers and brings over 7 years of experience as an engineer in Sydney's construction industry. Throughout his career, he worked on a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and educational developments. In 2023, Bruno transitioned from team leader in engineering to focus full-time on Asset Buyers. He now leads client management and property searches alongside the team of Asset Buyers.

Jaqueline Angelo

Jaq graduated with a degree in Architecture and has extensive experience in project management within the construction and design industries. In 2024, she transitioned into the real estate sector, leveraging her expertise in property assessment and client communication.
