Asset Buyers are excellent! They are very knowledgeable, trustworthy and transparent in all the process of buying a property. My husband and I bought two properties with them, the investment in Buyers Agent looks like a little bit expensive initially but after two houses, I have no doubt it is worth and it saved time, money, energy and avoided buying the wrong properties. I had been following Asset Buyers on Instagram for a while and watching their content, so I already knew that when we decided to buy our own home, I wanted to do it with them. From our first meeting, Bruno and Andre helped us get a clear idea of whether we should stay living nearby or look further out. Andre then helped us find the right place and was always so patient and calm. He came with us to all the inspections, while Bruno and Renata were always there to support us, answer our questions and give us great advice throughout the process. I picked them originally because I thought they were down-to-earth genuine and honest people and now I can say this is absolute true! Bruno, Renata, Andre and Jessica were very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions and very understanding when I had to change my strategy due to the impact of the recent budget changes. I never felt pressured to continue with a certain property and Andre did an amazing job at the inspections taking a lot of detailed videos that made me feel at ease even if I wasn’t there in person. We recently worked with Asset Buyers, and we honestly couldn’t recommend them more. Buying an investment property isn’t simple. There are so many things to think about, choosing the right area, finding a property that fits your goals, understanding all the costs involved, and thinking about what you can expect from the investment over the next 5, 10, 20 or even 30 years. It can be quite overwhelming. What we really appreciated about Asset Buyers was how they made the whole process feel so much easier. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. They also help you think about things you probably wouldn’t even consider on your own. At every stage, we felt like we had the right information to make a confident decision, rather than feeling like we were just taking a guess. We also want to give a special thank you to Dani. Finding the right property is only part of the journey. There is still a long process with contracts, paperwork and different people involved. It’s very easy to feel lost, but Dani made everything so much easier. She was always quick to communicate, really attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we understood what was happening and felt comfortable throughout the process. I worked with Bruno and Keiko at Asset Buyers to purchase my first investment property. In our first discussion, I mentioned I didn't have a large deposit saved, and Bruno was encouraging, explaining that buying with a lower deposit was possible — which gave me the confidence to move forward.
