Renata Santoniero
Co-founder, Principal Buyer’s Agent, Bachelor of Architecture
Renata graduated with a degree in Architecture in 2011 and has over 10 years of diverse experience in Sydney’s fast-paced construction industry. Until 2022, she worked as a project leader, independently designing, preparing building approval documentation, and overseeing the construction of homes and small-scale public projects.
Renata, a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA®), co-founded Asset Buyers with Bruno in 2022, guiding clients through strategic property decisions.
Bruno Homero
Co-founder, Principal Buyer’s Agent, Bachelor of Engineering
Bruno, co-founder of Asset Buyers and a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA®), brings over seven years of experience as an engineer in Sydney’s construction industry. His background spans a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and educational developments.
In 2023, Bruno transitioned from his role as an engineering team leader to focus full-time on Asset Buyers. He now leads client management and property searches alongside the Asset Buyers team.
Keiko Maruyama
Buyer’s Agent, Bachelor of Architecture
Keiko holds a degree in Architecture and Urban Design and brings over 10 years of experience in Melbourne’s construction industry. She has led major city-shaping infrastructure projects and residential developments, guiding them from concept design through to planning approvals, documentation and construction.
With deep technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and a strong understanding of the Victorian market, Keiko is known for her attention to detail and passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.
Andre Borghezan
Assistant Buyer’s Agent, Bachelor of Engineering
Andre graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering and holds a postgraduate qualification in Project Management.
With nearly 10 years of experience across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, his background includes multi-unit building developments in Brazil and major infrastructure projects in Sydney.
Now focused on the real estate industry, Andre applies his analytical mindset, negotiation skills, and client-centred approach to guide buyers with clarity and confidence throughout their property journey.
Daniele Andersen
Buyer’s Agent, Bachelor of Architecture
Daniele graduated with a degree in Architecture and has over 9 years of experience in residential design. For the past five years, she has worked in Brisbane’s residential market, focusing on design development, detailed documentation, and planning and building approvals.
She has collaborated closely with clients, engineers, and builders to deliver projects from concept to completion. Daniele now applies this technical expertise to assessing feasibility and property potential, and she is passionate about helping clients make informed decisions in the property and construction industry.
